~1 Corinthians 6:19-20, “Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body.” (ESV)

~In the beginning, Man was designated a "living soul":
~Genesis 2:7, "And Jehovah GOD formed man of dust from the ground and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul."
~Romans 12:1-2, “I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.” (ESV)

~Relates To Others
~The Soul Is A Slave To Either Flesh Or Spirit
~What a person 'IS' depends on how their soul 'IS'.
~The soul represents us and expresses our “individuality” it is the organ of our free will.
~If our 'soul' wills to obey God, it will allow our 'spirit' to rule over us.
~Galatians 5:16-17, “But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh. For the desires of the flesh are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh, for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you want to do.” (ESV)

~By our 'spirit' we relate with the 'spiritual world' and with the "Spirit of God"… both receiving and expressing the power and life of the 'spiritual realm'.
~The spirit is that part of man by which we commune with God and by which we are able to come in contact with and commune with Him.
~Paul Said In 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore, If Anyone Is In Christ, He Is A New Creation; Old Things Have Passed Away; Behold, All Things Have Become New.” (NKJV)
